Hey I’m Jayce, a girl who’s always believed she was meant for more and is ready to find out what that looks like.

I’m the oldest daughter, the responsible one, the friend who has always seen the world a little differently and thought a little deeper.

People can always lean on me. Kids warm up to me fast, the adults in my life know they can count on me, and I’ve never done anything halfway. Hand me a to-do list, a messy room, a seat in a room full of people with big perspectives, or a house full of kids, and I’m in my element. Now I’m looking for a position where I can bring all of that every day.

Growing up the question of “what do you want to be when you grow up” always scared me. Because in my 8 year old mind, why did I have to do just one thing? I wanted to do it all. I wanted to do something greater, change something bigger than myself, and grow in more ways than I ever could begin to imagine. I didn’t just want to have “some” job, I wanted to be on a path that led me to more and that I could be proud of, I wanted to build a life full of success and growth for myself that I could love.

That really was the start of it, and although for many years I’ve wondered how I’m supposed to get the life I dream of, I’m now taking the first step. I may not know exactly where this road leads, but I’m on it. I cannot wait to build my life and take control of my own narrative.

I am the biggest life lover.

Let’s see… there’s so many things I love, it’s hard to figure out where to start.

One thing I adore more than just about anything is the ocean. I love the sun, seeing the world, love being outdoors, and could spend all day in the water with no problem at all. I swear I might just be a mermaid living way too far from home.

Being the oldest daughter, with an older brother and two younger siblings, I quickly learned how much I love being their sister. And of course that only led to realizing how much I adore kids. Growing up with my older brother and having the greatest memories as a kid, I feel so nostalgic about it all now. Any chance I get to help kids feel what I felt at their age is something I absolutely thrive on. Getting on their level, learning all the things they love, and even showing them the things I wished I was able to do as a kid. Smiling with them and being able to see how much joy they feel from the simplest moments reminds me how deeply I love life and how grateful I am for those typically-missed blessings.

I thrive off being organized and absolutely love cleaning - I wipe down the countertops at least 5 times a day. I love running errands, being busy, and checking off any to-do list. Makes sense why I was always the first one to raise my hand to take the attendance roll down to the office in elementary school, and the one the teacher left in charge when leaving the classroom.

I’ve never been a big school fan but I’ve always loved learning. I love talking to people and love being in rooms that grow my perspective on the world and where it’s headed. Although math class was never really my thing, any room I can be in that feels inviting and around people that are optimistic and just a little crazy in what they believe possible, is where I want a seat.

I feel things deeply and see the world through a wider lens, so writing has always been something I love and could do for days on end. I feel it gives me a broader perspective on my own emotion and allows me to see things on a deeper level beyond just what I feel.

Cheer has never been just a sport to me, it’s been my whole world. I grew up in the sports world, but nothing has ever come close. I started at 3 years old with mini cheer clinics at the high school, then continued on to all star, little league, and now high school sideline and competition, and every single year I’ve only fallen more in love with it. Along the way, cheer has taught me how to be resilient, strong, disciplined, and how to fight for the things and people I love even on my most exhausted days. And now, with my last year ever of cheerleading, I get to be head captain of a team I adore, in a sport I hold so close to my heart.

I’m the friend that is just about down for everything. I love saying yes to things I would never think to do on my own, and will document every step of it with photos and videos.

I find so much love for so many things which is such a blessing while at the same time being my biggest challenge when it comes to picking just one path. I’m constantly striving for more, searching for more, and wanting more for myself. That’s why I’m looking for something that will allow me to love the things I love, do the things I excel at, be a part of conversations and relationships I can grow with, and be the person I am fully and completely.

I love deeply, seek understanding, go all in with everything I do, and always believe there’s something to grow from.

The things I bring with me into every room I walk in…

  • Handled
    responsible
I love responsibility and thrive when others are able to trust me with the things they need from me.
  • Lined up
    organized
I’m happiest when everything has a place. Give me a to-do list, a day full of errands, or a messy room, and I’ll have it all lined up in no time.
  • Don’t be a stranger
    communicative
I love conversation, talking to anyone I cross paths with, developing relationships with people around me, and noticing all the little details. I absolutely love human connection and learning why other people are who they are.
  • Why not?
    creative & fun
After years of building forts and making up games with my siblings, I always tend to see how to make things look and feel more intentional and fun. I love any opportunity for a good DIY or any excuse to get creative.
  • Pull up a seat
    social
Through babysitting, coaching, and tons of different cheer opportunities, I’ve learned how to connect with people of all ages, and I absolutely love seeing what everyone brings to the table. I get along great with kids, adults, and my own peers.
  • All-in
    passionate & dedicated
I put my mind to it, I do it. It’s almost impossible for someone to hit the brakes when I’ve already decided where I’m going. I don’t do things halfway and always put my best effort into everything I do.
Been there, loved that

I’d love to hear from you.

I’m specifically looking for a nanny and/or personal assistant job this fall - continuing into August of 2027. Have something different in mind? If it involves building relationships, running errands, organizing, cleaning, documenting the behind the scenes, or a chance to grow, I’d love to hear about it!
